If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to provide adult signature

  • Refusal of shipment

Additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.

7. Returns & Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs and order details.
