Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about managing your subscription.

  • When you purchase a subscription product on BourbonBundle.com, your order renews automatically every quarter. Each renewal creates a new order that is billed and shipped automatically until the subscription is canceled or completed.

  • We currently only ship to D.C. and Kentucky.

  • You can view our 2026 distribution schedule below!

  • You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

    To access your subscription:

    1. Log in to your account

    2. Click My Account

    3. Select Subscriptions

    From there, you can view and manage all of your active subscriptions.

  • Each subscription panel shows important details, including:

    • Your next order date

    • Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)

    • Subscription frequency

    • Order history

    • Saved billing and shipping information

    If your subscription has a limited number of renewals, you’ll also see how many payments remain.

  • Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account by clicking Cancel Subscription.

    Please note:

    • Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund your most recent order.

    • If you need help with a refund request, you’ll need to contact us separately.

    Once canceled, no future renewals will be processed.

  • Customers cannot pause or delay subscriptions on their own.
    However, if you need to skip a delivery or adjust your renewal date, contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to help!

  • You can update your payment details directly from your account.

    To update payment information:

    1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions

    2. Select the subscription

    3. Click Payment Method

    4. Choose Add New Payment Method

  • Shipping addresses cannot be edited on an active subscription.

    If you need to ship to a different address:

    • Cancel the current subscription

    • Re-subscribe using the new shipping details

    This ensures accurate delivery and compliance with shipping regulations.

  • Yes. Every subscription order email includes a Manage Subscription link.

    Clicking this link will open a new tab where you can log in and access your subscription details directly.

  • If a payment fails:

    • You and the customer both receive an email notification

    • The email includes a link to update billing information

    Retry schedule:

    • First retry: 5 days after the initial failure

    • Second retry: 5 days later

    • Final attempt: 5 days after the second retry

    If the payment fails a third time, the order and subscription are automatically canceled, and the customer is notified by email.

2026 Distribution Schedule

  • Q1 Subscriptions

    Shipments start going out by the end of April.

    (Must be a member before March 30th to receive Q1 shipment.)

  • Q2 Subscriptions

    Shipments start going out by the end of July.

    (Must be a member before June 29th to receive Q2 shipment.)

  • Q3 Subscriptions

    Shipments start going out by the end of October.

    (Must be a member before Sep. 28th to receive Q3 shipment.)

  • Q4 Subscriptions

    Shipments start going out by the end of January ‘27.

    (Must be a member before Dec. 28th to receive Q4 shipment.)
